A complex of collapsed stone buildings that were once of great importance in the past to the Dubrovnik Republic, because these buildings were money laurels, the taller that was widely known among world marketers and powerful at the level of trade fairs, including Dubrovnik at that time 500 years ago.
The complex consisted of a couple of buildings (ground floor, floor) and a few smaller backyard houses. Today, unfortunately, it is difficult to reconstruct the appearance of the entire complex because of the fact that most of the buildings are collapsed, some more or less. Only the outer stone walls were left .
The entire complex disappeared into dense forests and, for centuries, lies hidden and waits for some better days to give up its old glow and shine. Now is all clear and trees are cuts around ruins, prepared for reconstraction.
Water and eletricity is also arrived on the plot and has made access from ruins to the coastline and sea.
The complex has a total of about 700m2 of living space, consisting of two buildings, and a few small auxiliary buildings which can be reconstructed and renovated in these dimensions,
The ruins are located on a land of 58,000m2, extending from the sea, south-east of the island, and climbing up to the hill to a distance of some 100m from the coast and further terrain descending behind the hill to the inner side of the island. The terrain is of a regular shape, from the sea it is slightly steep, the central part is flat and the terrain slopes down. The macadam route leads through the plot and passes near the house, 20m away.
Ideal land for olive planting and the possibility of building an Family Agricurtural Building 400m2 building for that purpose making olive oil.
The terrain is overgrown with dense pine trees, and the area around the house is now wrapped and cut.
